Computer Network Operations (CNO) Developer Lead

We are seeking a Computer Network Operations (CNO) Developer Lead to drive the development of cutting-edge cyber operations capabilities. In this senior role, you will lead a team of experts in designing, building, and optimizing mission-critical security solutions. You’ll apply deep technical expertise in Python, C/C , and network security to develop advanced cyber tools and ensure compliance with security standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Mentor – Oversee a team of developers, ensuring technical excellence and innovation.
• Develop & Optimize – Design, build, test, and refine software/hardware-based CNO capabilities.
• Security & Compliance – Apply expertise in network security, low-level internals, and exploit development.
• Problem-Solve & Innovate – Tackle complex cybersecurity challenges using reverse engineering and vulnerability research.
• Collaborate & Communicate – Work with leadership and key stakeholders to align technical solutions with mission objectives.

What You Bring:

• 12 years of experience (or equivalent) in cyber operations, security development, or software engineering.
• Expertise in Python and C/C for low-level system and network programming.
• Deep understanding of networking (TCP/IP), operating systems (Windows, Unix,
• Mobile), and system internals.
• Experience in reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and exploit development.
• Have a TS/SCI w/ CI Polygraph clearance

Bonus Points For:

• Industry certifications (PCEP, CPP, or equivalent).
• CI/CD pipeline & DevSecOps experience.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible).
