Job Title: Docket/Calendar Clerk

- 2-4 years of law firm experience required.
- Strong knowledge of appellate, federal, state, and local rules and procedures as well as litigation terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service orientation.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills; must be able to prioritize workload and competing deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Proficiency in calendar/docketing software; CompuLaw experience preferred.
- Ability to research hearings/deadlines utilizing state and federal court websites, as needed.
- Ability to work overtime to meet the department workload needs.

- Required to sit for up to eight hours per day
- Required to perform data entry tasks in calendar/docketing system for up to eight hours per day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
