QualificationsEducation & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Required).
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (Preferred).
Knowledge & Experience
- 10 years of progressive nonprofit finance and accounting experience.
- 5 years of managerial or director-level financial leadership experience.
- Proven ability to forge strong partnerships with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Track record of leading financial teams, managing multiple priorities, and executing strategic initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
