Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems including security alarms, Fire Alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
- Perform field service work to troubleshoot and resolve issues with low voltage equipment
- Assist in the design and implementation of low voltage systems
- Handle cabling and wiring tasks for telecommunications systems
- Utilize computer networking skills to ensure proper system functionality
- Provide technical support for remote access software used in low voltage systems
Experience
- Prior experience in electrical work or related field service roles
- Proficiency in computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Knowledge of alarm system sales and installation practices
- Mechanical aptitude for handling equipment installations
- Familiarity with computer networking principles
- Ability to contribute to system design and implementation efforts
