Title: Project Controls Analyst - (Earned Value Management)
Location: Richland, WA
Duration: Long Term Contract
Overview:
The Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in Earned Value Management and Project Controls best practices.
Required Education and Experience:
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of industrial-level experience in financial/accounting/budgeting/risk roles (preferably in a large company or profit center).
- Option 2: Associate’s degree and 9 years of relevant experience.
- Option 3: High school diploma/GED and 11 years of relevant experience.
Desired Education and Experience:
- Formal training in Primavera P6 Professional.
- Certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMP, PBA, SP, CAPM, or RMP).
- Utility industry or nuclear power generation experience.
- Process improvement expertise and previous BWR nuclear power experience with EVMS applications.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of planning, financial management, budgeting practices, and risk management.
- Ability to develop high-quality work products with limited oversight.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to address audiences from department managers to senior leaders.
- Team-oriented with proven leadership capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies and Primavera P6 Professional/administration.
- Demonstrated ability to function as both a service provider and a controller.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $78.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
