Job Title: Project Scheduler
Location: Houston, TX
Job Type: Long-Term Contract
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project scheduling, with a focus on large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
Expertise in Primavera P6, with extensive hands-on experience creating and maintaining complex project schedules.
Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), including the ability to calculate key metrics such as Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI).Proficiency in the Critical Path Method (CPM) and experience managing project timelines effectively.
Strong experience in scheduling for Data Center construction , with a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements and challenges.
Solid understanding of project management principles, project controls, and construction processes.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and liaising with clients, contractors, and vendors.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex scheduling data clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
