Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests and provide timely solutions
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Assist with computer management and maintenance
- Set up and configure VPN connections
- Utilize ServiceNow or similar tools for ticketing and issue tracking
- Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve technical issues
- Work with various operating systems and applications
- Maintain LAN connectivity and network infrastructure
Qualifications
- Proficiency in IT support, computer hardware, and operating systems
- Experience with VPN setup and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Office suite, and remedy software
- Strong communication skills to interact with users effectively
- Knowledge of LAN setup and maintenance is a plus
- Ability to manage computer systems efficiently
