Primary Location: SEC Headquarters, Washington, DC (with potential for remote work)
Clearance: Public Trust (US Citizen)
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead operations for the SEC CyberWatch Program. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing compliance monitoring, reporting, and cybersecurity event management as part of the SEC’s Technology Controls Program. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing complex federal programs, excellent communication skills, and experience with cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
•     Develop and manage the Project Management Plan, including schedules, deliverables, staffing plans, and  performance monitoring.
•    Oversee compliance reporting and monitoring related to cybersecurity events filed by SEC-regulated entities.
•    Ensure incident escalation and coordination with SEC stakeholders.
•    Supervise preparation of daily, monthly, and quarterly status reports.
•    Lead efforts to maintain and improve the CyberWatch IT Solutions and dashboards.
•    Manage a team of analysts and technical experts while ensuring quality assurance of deliverables.
•    Facilitate training programs and briefings on CyberWatch operations.

Requirements:
•     Minimum 3 years of experience managing programs or supporting activities similar to the services described in the Statement of Work (SOW).
•    Proven ability to manage teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Education: 
•    Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity).
Certifications (Preferred, Not Required):
•    Project Management Institute (PMI) certifications (e.g., PMP) or CompTIA Project )
•    Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Security or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
