Job Title : Promotional Products Project Manager
Status : Full-Time / Exempt

Reports To : Printing and Promotional Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Promotional Products Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on managing and executing promotional product campaigns while building strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of project management expertise, sales acumen, and a passion for relationship-building with clients across various industries, while effectively managing competing priorities, staying calm under pressure, and consistently meeting deadlines without compromising work quality.
Essential Functions :
- Relationship Building :
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to understand their promotional product needs.
Oversee the entire life cycle of promotional product projects from inception to delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
Work closely with clients and Account Executives to understand their marketing objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
Maintain detailed records of all projects, including budgets, timelines, and communication with clients.
Work closely with the Account Coordinators, Purchasing and Graphic designers to ensure seamless project execution.
