Our client, a small, professional services company, is looking for a Part-Time Office Manager / Executive Assistant.

Our client is willing to offer a work schedule of 25-35 hours per week (you can choose the number of hours that works best for you!) and offers flexible hours and days. Work must be performed during normal business hours and mostly onsite at the client's office in East Cobb .

Ideal candidates have some previous experience in the healthcare industry , have strong technical skills, and enjoy a variety of responsibilities. They also can work with a strong sense of urgency and have great organizational skills. Job Responsibilities Include :

  • Answer the phones; direct the call and help the caller when possible
  • Act as the vendor liaison (IT company, Phone vendor, Insurance, etc.)
  • Set up new clients in Monday.com
  • Support CEO by performing calendar management, registering her for events, keeping her organized, as well as handling other business and personal tasks
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee information
  • Order office supplies
  • Keep filing up to date
  • Make copies and create agendas
  • Create estimates for clients utilizing Excel
  • Create mailing labels and sometimes deliver packages to the post office

Candidate Requirements :

  • Previous experience assisting a small business owner with a variety of tasks including office management, calendaring, vendor management, etc.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry a big plus
  • Tech savvy and not intimidated to be the IT, Phone, etc. contact
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel in particular)
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compensation :

    Pay rate is $30-35 per hour, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance. Health insurance is available for employees who work at least 30 hours per week.
