They are looking for a remote, part-time Sales Coach/Consultant to support and nurture their network of independent sales professionals. Responsibilities:
You primary responsibility would be to:
- Work with independent salespeople to establish sales goals and activity targets to reach those goals
- Encourage the independent salespeople to stay on pace with their plan.
- Interview new candidates and coordinate their on-boarding and training activities.
- Build relationships and maintain mindshare with the independent salespeople and keep them current on the client’s product and service offerings.
- Provide ongoing support via answering questions and providing advice to help move their prospects through the sales funnel
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required.
- Seasoned professional with experience in sales management and coaching; experience in sales management within professional services is a plus.
- Coaching Certifications a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Additional Details and Compensation:
- Virtual part-time position, 10-15 hours per week.
- Provide prompt and proactive support, ensuring responses to sales professionals within 24 hours.
- Hourly rate of $40-50 per hour, based upon relevant experience.
Salary : $40 - $50
