NewCOUSA Industrial Services is an Industry leader in quality that specializes in surface engineering, equipment rebuild and polyurethane wheels. Newco USA is a fast-paced work environment. They are looking for a great candidate to join their team, someone with attention to detail, accuracy, timeliness, and a friendly disposition!
Job Duties :
The Sales Coordinator performs a wide variety of tasks. These are typical :
- Creates orders at Newco USA and receives purchase orders and quote requests via fax, email, portal, or phone.
- Check inventory to ensure the requested product is available
- Computes price and prepares estimates or quotes
- Handles customer complaints and inquiries about order status
- Prepares work orders or job tickets in E2 software
- Proactively tracks customer orders and informs customers of changes in job status
- Works to ensure orders arrive on time
- Notifies the appropriate department of order, ship date, and other requirements
- Review all orders for accuracy and completion
- Verifies customer information is correct and current
- Files copies of all orders received and completed
Requirements :
College degree, relevant work experience, a “can-do” attitude where you are always willing to go the extra mile, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Salary : $65,000
