Innovative Pharmacy Solutions is hiring a tenured Data Entry Pharmacy Technician located in and around the Greenfield area! We have full and part time shifts available.
We have incentive based training; as you acquire additional skills you earn more compensation. We even have a weekend, and afternoon shift differential! This allows us to pay our Pharmacy Technicians competitively. We take pride in working diligently to attract and retain the top talent within the Greenfield area. In fact, we have many employees whom started with us on day one!
Licensed Pharmacy Technician Required Skills and Abilities:
- Current Pharmacy Technician License in good standing
- CPhT is preferred
- Excels at high volume pharmacy order entry
- I.V. experience (Sterile compounding) preferred
- Strong positive attitude, effective communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in fill floor production within a retail or long term care pharmacy setting
- QS1, DocuTrack, and MatrixCare experience preferred
- Proven positive track record of time and attendance as we have a strict attendance policy
- Detail oriented
- Upbeat and professional customer service oriented personality
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Learn complex concepts quickly
- Math skills
- Ability to stand for up to 8 consecutive hours (with a 30-minute lunch break) if working in a production or fill floor capacity
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
