The Branch Coordinator position services our sales and administrative teams on a branch level. At its heart, this position is one of customer service within our own company. We are a fast-paced organization who adapts quickly to the changes in our industry and this position is a critical component. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Branch Coordinator will be the face of the office and provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors and to the independently affiliated sales agents.

Job Requirements

*High School Diploma or equivalent

*Two or more years’ experience in a customer centric business environment with administrative responsibility for office operations

*Fluently speak English and Spanish (Bilingual)

*Swimming Pool Construction background is helpful but not required.

*Comfortable working on a computer and computer applications with advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Google: Sheets, Docs, Forms, Earth, and Drive.

*Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

*Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels

*Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
