At Innovative, the Sales Representative’s role is to manage a portfolio of assigned clients, update and communicate with their account contacts on a regular basis, develop new business from existing commercial property owners, and actively drive revenue growth through effective sales management practices. Overseeing strategies and developing marketing plans to ensure the achievement of sales goals is also a key role of this position.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a postive, upbeat attitude, be motivated, will have some knowledge of Real Estate and Business to Business sales, be a team player, willing to help whenever it's needed, have a good work ethic and demonstrate that they can manage business clients and thier portfolios.
