Innovative Reasoning is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Management Analyst to support 2d Radio Battalion, USMC, a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Electronic Warfare (EW) unit. The analyst will assist the Battalion Maintenance Management Officer in overseeing maintenance operations for ordnance, vehicles, and electronic equipment. This position requires expertise in maintenance management, operational readiness tracking, and compliance with Marine Corps policies to ensure optimal combat readiness.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Contribute to equipment readiness and oversight:
- Support monitoring and management of overall materiel readiness status.
- Support the identification of maintenance trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist with equipment readiness and prioritization of maintenance efforts.
- Participate in maintenance process improvement:
- Assist in Standard Operating Procedure review and refinement.
- Support data accuracy and reporting in Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC).
- Advise on compliance with Marine Corps orders, directives, and policies.
- Advise on day-to-day best practices for maintenance procedures.
- Provide data analysis and reporting:
- Utilize GCSS-MC, Microsoft 365, and other systems for data collection, analysis, synthesis, and reporting.
- Produce monthly and ad hoc reports that highlight readiness metrics and compliance issues.
- Present data and recommendations to battalion staff officers.
Supplemental Duties:
- Maintain documentation for inspections and compliance reporting.

Education/Experience/Qualifications and Certifications:
- REQUIRED
- Minimum of 5 years in USMC maintenance management leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Marine Corps orders, directives, and policies related to maintenance management and operations.
- Skilled experience with GCSS-MC for maintenance tracking and logistics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and Teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present data effectively to battalion-level staff officers.
- PREFERRED
- Prior service as a 0411 Maintenance Management Specialist.
- Gunnery Sergeant (E7) or higher.
- Extensive experience with maintenance management at the battalion level.
- Experience in a Radio Battalion or similar SIGINT/EW unit.
- Leadership experience in mentoring and training maintenance personnel.
- Knowledge of lifecycle sustainment and maintenance of tactical communications and electronic warfare equipment.
Location: Position is on-site at 2d Radio Battalion, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC.
Work Environment:
- The contractor will work in a mixed civilian/military environment.
Physical Demands:
- Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, throughout the workday.
Work Schedule: Full time with standard working hours.
License and Other Requirements:
- Hold a valid US Driver’s License, with ability to operate private, commercial and Government owned motor vehicles.
- Must be able to obtain a contractor's common access card.

Security Clearance:
- REQUIRED
- Eligible to obtain an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI level security clearance and can obtain a Secure Internet Protocol (SIPR) access token with access to government SIPR computers.
