Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is a premier custom design build contractor for industrial refrigeration systems, providing design, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and service in-house.
Key Duties:
Process Improvement:
Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Develop and standardize operating procedures to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing and service operations.
Data Analytics:
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support strategic initiatives.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Leverage statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast trends and identify opportunities for optimization.
Scheduling and Planning:
Develop and maintain production schedules to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.
Coordinate with project managers and department leads to ensure resource allocation aligns with priorities.
Continuously monitor and adjust schedules to respond to changing demands and constraints.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in process improvement, data analytics, and/or scheduling in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or Power BI).
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the industrial refrigeration or HVAC industry.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
