We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator at our facility in Lyndhurst, VA. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their portion of the shipping/receiving department by working to receive material accurately from vendors and ship material accurately to customers. This position will support both the manufacturing & construction teams.

Key Duties
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments of tools, materials, and jobsite supplies
- Verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments via the company's ERP system
- Assembly/disassembly of products and shipping of all items to and from jobsites
- Receiving, unpacking, verifying, and recording of incoming deliveries
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 Years of Experience
- Knowledge of basic measurements & how to read a tape measure
- Construction/manufacturing experience preferred
- Able to pass a motor vehicle check
- Regular attendance and punctuality at assigned times is required
- Good mechanical ability, reasoning and problem solving skills
- Strong work ethic
- Good communication skills-written & verbal
- Must be willing to work some Saturday shifts and be open to overtime
- Requires working in a shop that can get very hot or very cold. Must have the ability to wear all required safety PPE in these conditions.
- This position is a safety sensitive position and will require pre-employment and regular drug testing
