Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing is required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred or three year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- Current CPR certification is mandatory; dialysis experience is essential; HD experience is preferred
