Innovative Renal Care (IRC) is seeking a motivated registered nurse to join our team. With your program-solving and critical thinking skills, you will empower patients to perform their dialysis treatments at home, giving them control over their lifestyle and free time.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses PD and Incenter Hemodialysis experience. As a Home Therapy Nurse Specialist, you will educate prospective patients on the comfort and freedom offered by home dialysis modalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Nephrologists to develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Provide educational workshops to keep the team up-to-date on the latest technologies and evidence-based practices
- Rotate on-call with an answering service to assist patients outside of office hours
Requirements:
- Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure
- 12 months of nursing experience
- Additional 3 months of experience with specific modality
- Valid Driver's License
- CPR certification
- BLS certification
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
