Job Description:
- Educate patients on home dialysis modalities and train them on their chosen modality
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with Nephrologists
- Conduct educational workshops to stay current with industry advancements
Qualifications:
- Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure
- 12 months of nursing experience
- Additional 3 months of experience with specific modality
- Valid Driver's License
- CPR certification
- BLS certification
