Innovative Renal Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, developing personalized care plans to address their unique requirements.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patients' responses and adjusting care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, including communicating with family members and caregivers as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited nursing program or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active registration as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience preferred but not required
