Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with experience in Peritoneal and Incenter Hemodialysis to join our team. As a Home Hemodialysis Training Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for educating prospective patients on the benefits of home dialysis, training patients on their chosen modality, and collaborating with Nephrologists to develop treatment plans.
You will also have the opportunity to conduct educational workshops to keep the team up-to-date on the latest technologies and evidence-based practices, as well as follow patients' conditions and lab results to ensure safety and success of their chosen modality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 12 months of experience in nursing
- Additional 3 months of experience with specific modality
- Valid Driver's License
- Current CPR certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Estimated Salary:
$85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
