Job Description
The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outpatient facility, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards. This includes managing clinical operations, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and collaborating with physicians to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to achieve exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor degree preferred.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in nursing.
- Experience in nursing care with patients with permanent kidney failure or undergoing transplant, including training in and experience with the dialysis process.
- At least 3 years of experience in both clinical and management of an ESRD facility preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Previous supervisory responsibility strongly preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Our competitive salary range is $77,000 - $128,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
