Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Renal Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our dialysis unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
About the Role:
- Provide direct patient care before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including monitoring vital signs, initiating cannulation, and conducting patient observations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Career Requirements: Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
- Certification: Experienced technicians must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable, other state-approved certification.
- Training: Experience technicians are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.
