Responsibilities

- Implement strategies for growth and profitability while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Oversee loan processing activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to TILA regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
- Utilize financial software to monitor branch performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
- Identify potential fraud risks and implement prevention detection measures to safeguard the branch’s assets.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on customer relationship management and operational procedures.
- Manage day-to-day operations including cash handling, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement within the branch.
Requirements
- Proven experience in team management within a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of loan processing, including familiarity with TILA regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software applications and tools.
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to perform 10 key typing accurately.
- Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management and relationship building.
- Knowledge of fraud prevention detection techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
