Production Manager/Supervisor

Job Summary: As a member of the Production Team, you will be instrumental in executing the operational tasks necessary to maintain and enhance the service levels provided to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to continuously improving our processes and job execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Communication: Facilitate both internal and external communication to ensure a consistent and efficient build process across all projects. Act as a liaison between field staff and management to relay critical information timely and accurately.
• Quality and Profitability: Uphold the highest standards of workmanship on every job. Monitor project execution and ensure it meets our profitability targets and quality benchmarks.
• Proactive Communication: Maintain proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle. Report progress and any issues promptly to ensure swift resolutions and maintain client satisfaction.
• Process Evaluation: Regularly review and assess production processes and team performance. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with management to implement effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service value.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in production or a similar role in the construction or roofing industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing scenarios.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
