Main Responsibilities:
- Recruit & Hire qualified candidates to meet client needs. Define candidate profiles, post jobs, interview, and select based on quality and fit.
- Onboard & Train new employees on company policies, workplace expectations, job duties, and how to succeed on-site.
- Coach & Guide staff with clear communication and continuous follow-up throughout their employment.
- Monitor Attendance & Timekeeping ensuring employees arrive on time, clock in/out properly, and understand timekeeping procedures.
- Provide regular check-ins and guidance to help employees meet expectations; apply the disciplinary process when necessary, including verbal/written warnings.
- Address any employee concerns or challenges at the worksite to minimize disruptions and maintain morale.
- Understand Each Client's Needs and develop a deep knowledge of property-specific expectations and proactively fulfill orders by placing the right employees.
- Ensure Quality Service Delivery by following up regularly with hotel managers to confirm staffing satisfaction and performance.
- Become a trusted partner by delivering consistent communication, rapid problem resolution, and operational excellence.
- Address On-Site Issues and respond quickly to employee absences, performance concerns, or client feedback to maintain smooth operations.
- Review and collect timesheets, ensure correct clock-ins/outs, and submit data to payroll on time, as well as, handle pay discrepancies and ensure employees understand check collection procedures.

What We’re Looking For:
- Spanish-English bilingual is required.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally in staffing, hospitality, or operations.
- Excellent time management skills
- Confident, clear communicator who can manage both client relationships and employee concerns.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency.
- Capable of resolving issues quickly, maintaining professionalism, and enforcing company policies.
- Tech-savvy with basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Flexible and reliable—available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
