Main Responsibilities:
Field Recruiting & Community Outreach
- Proactively source candidates in high-traffic areas: retail stores, outside hotels, churches, bus stops, and community centers.
- Build relationships with local organizations such as women’s shelters, refugee centers, and workforce development programs to establish recruitment pipelines.
- Represent ISP at job fairs, networking events, and community gatherings to promote our job opportunities.
- Distribute flyers and connect in-person with job seekers to share openings and generate interest.
Candidate Screening & Data Management
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' work history, availability, and fit.
- Accurately enter applicant information and screening notes into our system for review by Area Supervisors.
- Keep candidate records up to date and maintain consistent follow-up to ensure engagement.
Administrative Operations Support
- Assist with onboarding tasks, payroll submissions, and data entry to keep employee records accurate and current.
- Ensure all employee data—pay rates, schedules, hours—is updated across platforms and aligned with operations timelines.
- Help resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with internal policies.

What We’re Looking For:
- Spanish-English bilingual is required.
- Outgoing and confident—comfortable talking to people in public settings.
- Experience in recruiting, community outreach, sales, or hospitality preferred (but not required).
- Strong communicator and relationship builder who enjoys helping others.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized while juggling multiple tasks.
- Computer skills for entering candidate data and managing follow-ups.
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
