Area Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple retail locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving sales performance. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers alike.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations across assigned retail locations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance team performance and foster a positive work environment.
• Manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
• Oversee retail sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Handle administrative tasks including payroll processing, cash handling, and cash register management.
• Maintain effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers and team members.
• Monitor pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market while maximizing profitability.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to store managers in achieving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a retail environment.
• Strong skills in recruiting, inventory control, and retail sales management.
• Excellent administrative abilities with attention to detail in cash handling and payroll processes.
• Proficient in phone etiquette with strong communication skills.
• Experience in wireless sales is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and drive results through effective coaching.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
