Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using cash registers or Aloha POS systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Assist with banquet or catering events as required, providing support to ensure smooth operations.
Skills
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- Previous experience in the food industry or nightclub setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cash registers and Aloha POS systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in catering or banquet services is beneficial but not required.
- A helpful attitude towards assisting colleagues and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
