Position Overview:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM with two evenings/month and one weekend day or evening/month on average.
- Location: Based at our corporate office in Green Bay, with travel throughout Wisconsin to our programs
- Reporting to: Vice President of Administration
What You'll Do:
As our Life Enrichment Specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating and overseeing a wide range of activities and events that enhance the lives of our clients across Wisconsin. From crafting monthly activity calendars to organizing “friendship-building” opportunities within communities, your work will make a lasting impact on the physical, emotional, and social well-being of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Lead Activities: Develop a variety of enriching activities for clients, from social events to educational sessions, tailored to meet their individual needs and goals.
- Coordinate Statewide Events: Collaborate with program managers across Wisconsin to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for our clients everywhere we serve.
- Create Community Connections: Foster partnerships with local organizations to open up new opportunities and resources for our clients, promoting community integration.
- Monthly Calendar Management: Design and distribute monthly activity calendars for clients and staff, ensuring consistent, engaging programming.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage budgets, purchase supplies, and maintain accurate records to keep activities running smoothly and within budget.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Creativity & Positivity: You’re enthusiastic, energetic, and full of creative ideas to engage clients in meaningful ways.
- Strong Communication Skills: Able to connect and communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff alike, creating a positive environment for everyone.
- Organizational Skills: You excel at managing multiple projects and details, from planning events to budgeting.
- Experience: Previous experience in social or recreational program coordination is required, and management experience is a plus.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with basic administrative tasks.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required, as travel within Wisconsin is essential for this role.
- Physical Stamina: Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and participate in a range of physical activities with clients.
