Innovative Electric is a locally owned and operated electrical company serving Northwest Florida. Innovative focuses primarily on residential electrical contracting for new construction projects.
Electrician role pays $26-$34hr based on experience; paid weekly

Job duties will include :
- pre-wire and trim of electrical and lighting systems
- knowledge of NEC and reading blueprints
- Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.)
- Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
- fixture installation
- general maintenance & troubleshooting

We require a clean driving record and background check for employment
Requirements
- Direct experience working in the industry with proven experience as an electrician
- Construction experience or general mechanical aptitude is helpful.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints/ floor plans and markups
- Ability to lead a crew of up to 3 people
- Ability to work on a variety of different projects
- Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools such as power drills, wire strippers, voltmeters, etc.
- Thorough knowledge of safety procedures, legal regulations and guidelines
- Experience on construction sites and knowledge of best practices on job sites
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- An eagerness to learn and work as part of a growing team is required.
Salary : $25 - $34
