Innovative is seeking an ambitious and persistent tele-sales representative to join our
- and growing team. In this role, you will spend your days actively prospecting, cold calling potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting up sales appointments. Responsible for :
1. Pre-Call Preparation
Scrutinize CRM batch lists to strategize and prioritize outreach sequencingThoroughly research targeted contacts and accounts to personalize messagingStudy sales enablement materials to sharpen industry / problem / solution expertiseRefine call scripts and value proposition framing based on persona (CIO, CTO, CISO, VP Engineering etc.)Shadow company's top revenue earners weekly to learn effective practices2. Daily Calls
Dial aggressively to speak to 80-100 decision-makers across targeted companiesEmploy consultative questioning techniques to reveal budget, pain points, timelinesMatch the company's specific infrastructure needs to applicable products / servicesCalculate potential financial impact and convey this in proposalsMove promising leads to technical specialists for intricate demos and proposalsMeticulously document call summaries highlighting objections and follow-ups3. Administration
Enter detailed data for every contact and call directly into the CRMSend personalized email drips to nurture prospects post-callProvide comprehensive daily and weekly activity reports to sales leadershipMonitor campaign analytics dashboards and optimize approach to boost KPIsContinually enrich lead lists via research and inbound marketing interfacesWhat experience you need (degree, experience, specific skills, etc) :

Salary does not include uncapped commission, annual OTE of $80,000 - $95,000 if meeting goals.
The salary range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Innovative considers factors including, but not limited to, the responsibilities of the specific role, market conditions, geographic location, as well as the candidate's professional experience, key skills, and education / training.
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
