Operations Specialist

Innovative Staff Solutions is growing, and we are seeking a Operations Specialist to add to our internal team.  Ideal candidates will have impeccable customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.

This position is exclusively tailored for our internal team and does not involve placement with our partners. Being part of our internal team places you at the core of delivering top-notch services. Responsibilities:

·         Travel to ISS locations to cover for absences within the internal staff.

·         Phone Screen and process candidates for available job opportunities.

·         Communicate with applicants, and clients via phone, email and in person.

·         Data entry of documentation into our HRIS system.

·         Process hiring paperwork for new employees placed on assignment.

·         Process Workman’s Comp paperwork.

·         Adaptable to work with changes within the different locations.

·         Retaining knowledge on our client base to achieve complete satisfaction.

Requirements:

·         2-year degree or equivalent experience.

·         A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

·         Professional appearance and demeanor.

·         Detail oriented, organized and work efficiently despite interruptions.

·         Must have strong communication skills both verbally and written.

·         Highly dependable and able to work overtime as needed.

·         Hold a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

·         Flexible schedule and able to work 45-55 hours per week.
