This full-time, internal position is based in our Mattoon, IL office. As a Recruiting Center Specialist, you will be an essential part of pairing qualified candidates together with our valued customers!

Responsibilities:
- Phone screen and process candidates for available job opportunities.
- Process backgrounds checks.
- Document valid information when conducting reference verifications.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Able to work as a team to accomplish daily tasks.
- Able to multi-task and keep a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Detail oriented, organized and able to work efficiently despite interruptions.
- High energy with the ability to sit at a computer and make continuous phone calls.
- Professional phone etiquette
- Preferred but not required: Fluent in English and Spanish
- Highly dependable and able to work Monday through Friday with flexibility to work during the hours of 8am – 5pm with overtime as needed.
