What You'll Do:
- Training on All Stations: Comprehensive training provided before transitioning to full-time.
- Power Wash Station: Use a pressure washer to clean metal plates, removing debris. Work with a partner to move plates into the wash bay and stack them once cleaned.
- Dye Bay: Apply dye to metal plates—white on one side, red on the other. Inspect cracks, remove defective plates, and clean reusable ones.
- Rubber Seal Station: Apply rubber seals according to drawings. Stack plates on an adjustable table that adapts to weight for efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- High school degree or GED required.
