What You'll Do:
- Interpret customer specifications, prints, and BOMs to refine manufacturing processes, ensuring consistent quality and compliance with IPC Class II standards.
- Communicate changes to technical writers for updates to production documentation, including router tickets and work orders.
- Support production teams by programming machines and collaborating with operators to ensure accurate part placement and material usage.
- Lead or participate in NPI meetings to address production challenges, oversee prototype runs, and meet quality and productivity goals.
- Complete all production reporting and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and administrative processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Willingness to work overtime to meet customer and manufacturing needs.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain seated or standing for extended periods.
- Associates Degree or High School / GED with two to four years of related experience approved by management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and adaptable to other software programs.
- Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 Standards.
- Skilled in root cause analysis and optimizing process performance.
