Job Title : Business Analyst II
Location : Fully Remote
Duration : February 2025 - February 2027 (possible extension)
Pay rate : $30.00 / hr on W2
Description :
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, with internal and external parties as required.
- Established analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service orientation, serving internal and external clients.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and as a team member.
- Strong organizational and time management skills - ability to organize and prioritize a fast-paced, heavy workload.
- Ability to adapt to changing markets, systems, and processes.
- Ability to obtain and analyze data with general supervision and can reason through scenarios to suggest course of action or remediation.
- Prior experience in the retail energy industry using CRM and / or Order-to-Cash workflow systems
- Working knowledge of UDC / ISO / LDC market EDI transactions
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite and / or SQL database query development
