Exciting hybrid opportunity to work as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator for a local Commercial Real Estate Firm!

What We Want:
As the Payroll and Benefits Administrator, you have a degree and three years of experience with benefits administration and payroll processing. Knowledge of payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, or Paycom is a plus. You are professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and have strong knowledge of MS Office and Excel functions, such as pivot tables. The Payroll and Benefits Administrator should have strong problem-solving skills, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, and the ability to communicate efficiently both verbally and in writing.
What You ll Do:
As the Payroll and Benefits Administrator, you will provide responses to employees' benefit-related questions/concerns and resolve any issues. The Payroll and Benefits Administrator will coordinate procedures to initiate and monitor benefits, as well as provide support for activities related to open enrollment. As the Payroll and Benefits Administrator, you will code all monthly benefits and payroll billings, maintain and update records, and track FMLA, worker's compensation, personal and other leaves. Additionally, the Payroll and Benefits Administrator will utilize Paycom to process payroll on a weekly basis.
