Position Overview:
We are seeking a Program Analyst III to provide program management, acquisition support, and risk assessment for AIM projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Assistant Program Manager (APM) to oversee project execution, support program operations, and ensure compliance with DoD acquisition policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Assistant Program Manager (APM) with project planning, execution, and refinement of procedures.
- Perform project management, engineering management, and DoD acquisition tasks.
- Track program risk, status updates, and process oversight.
- Maintain awareness of program execution milestones and strategic impacts.
- Support the development and implementation of annual and long-term strategic plans.
- Draft, review, and staff high-level acquisition documents, reports, and policies.
- Prepare and update briefings, program schedules, and technical documentation.
- Assess acquisition strategies, program performance, and risk management.
- Conduct technical, cost, and schedule analyses, identifying shortfalls and corrective actions.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including customer relations and program support.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and program reviews.
- Provide input for Acquisition Program Reviews (APRs) and Interim Progress Reviews (IPRs).
- Track and report action items, meeting minutes, and program deliverables.
- Maintain program management tools and processes.
- Assist in the review and preparation of acquisition documentation and procurement contracts.
- Support budget planning, spend plan development, and unfunded requirement (UFR) preparation.
- Assist in internal and external communications, briefings, and marketing materials.
- Ensure compliance with DoD acquisition policies and best business practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2 years of experience in project management, engineering management, or DoD acquisition.
- 2 years of experience leading projects with risk tracking and process oversight.
- 5 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, program execution, and risk management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: $115,195.00 - $122,320.00 per year
