Innovative Technologies Corporationis currently seeking a TALSAM Precision Strike SME for the Training and Logistics Support Activity Marines Forces Special Operations Command (TALSAM) at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
Job Overview
The TALSAM Precision Strike SME delivers instruction, operational support, and technical expertise in organic precision strike systems (GOPSS) employed by MARSOC. This individual plays a critical role in training, maintenance, and employment of loitering munitions and integrated precision effects platforms.
Essential Job Function
- Lead and support IQT/MQT instruction for Organic Precision Strike Systems (e.g., Spike NLOS,HERO30, HERO120) in classroom and field environments.
- Serve as an evaluator for SUAS-E certifications and ensure student proficiency in employment concepts, operational planning, and sustainment practices.
- Conduct O-Level maintenance on all Precision Strike systems and ensure readiness for deployment.
- Provide CONUS operational support for exercises, demonstrations, and TTP development events involving precision strike technologies.
- Support MARSOC and USSOCOM precision strike capability development efforts through SME assessment and feedback.
- Maintain qualifications and doctrinal currency for all MARSOC GOPSS platforms.
- Familiarity with SUASMAN and relevant software tools for training and tracking.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical or operational field
- Previous experience working on a USSOCOM Component-level staff (J/G/N).
- Strong background in IRAS operations, training, and program management.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and brief senior-level stakeholders using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and assume leadership responsibilities.
Required Certifications and Licensure
- Camp Lejeune Range Safety Officer (RSO) certification; other RSO certifications as required.
- Camp Lejeune Laser Safety Officer (LSO) certification.
- Valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
- Valid FAA Class 2 Medical Certificate.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- Camp Lejeune 4x4 Government Vehicle Driver Certification.
