Our goal each and every day is to provide care, comfort and respect to our residents. We are looking for an individual with skill, ability and compassion to fulfill our full-time Maintenance Technician position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Performing maintenance, service and repair of the interior and exterior of our communities that can and will include HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical, painting, general labor and lawn / landscaping
- Responding to maintenance requests by residents for items needing repair in their rooms
- Maintaining positive communications with local fire marshal, building inspector, and any other jurisdictions governing the community
