We are looking for an individual with experience in industrial work, including but not limited to:
Welding - Weld components together using different welding techniques such as SMAW, MIG & TIG
Metal Fabrication - must be familiar with layout and drawings, stainless, mild steel, and aluminum
Pipe Fitting - Mechanical and weld connections, air, process piping, steam & condensate, and sanitary piping
Details
Full-Time in Lebanon, TN; Weekdays (7:00am – 3:30pm) with some overtime, as needed
Pay: $24 - $26 depending on skills and experience
You must be able to pass a weld test of MIG, TIG & SMAW

Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to carry a minimum of 50 lbs
Proficiency in using hand and power tools
Ability to work with sheet metal and perform welding tasks
Mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
Familiarity with industrial mechanics, rigging, pipe threading, and ductwork
Ability to troubleshoot and quickly diagnose mechanical issues
Expected Job Duties & Responsibilities
Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
Install and repair various equipment and components
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and assembly of metal components
Perform work in a variety of environments (i.e., heights, temperatures, confined spaces)
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal pieces using various tools and equipment
Weld components together using different welding techniques such as stick welding
Operate power tools and hand tools to fabricate and modify metal parts
Use press brake machines to bend sheet metal into desired shapes
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Perform other tasks, as needed
