What are the responsibilities and job description for the Management of Change (MOC) Coordinator position at Innovative Turnaround Controls Ltd?
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist MOC Coordinator with processing MOC documentation
- Scan/upload vendor documents to SAP/Falcon in an organized manner
- Maintain latest modifications on equipment documentation
- Maintain a working list and progress reports
- Update and communicate changes of eMOC process and documents
- Monthly visit control rooms and identify and remove any out-of-date eMOC related documents (pending review).
- Maintain organized records of all eMOC requests for audit purposes
- Light clerical duties as necessary
- Associate degree or higher
- Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft programs - Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP/Falcon experience preferred
- Must be able to work safely in an office environment
- Must be able to work both individually and on a team
- Strong work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Refining, Petro-Chemical industry experience a plus
1 year duration
