Junk Removal Lead
Role Summary: The Junk Removal Lead acts as the second-in-command during jobs. Focuses are team leadership, logistics, and customer interactions. This role is crucial for maintaining momentum on the job and ensuring newer team members are guided effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor: Supports and guides Junk Removal Specialists. Reinforces training, shares best practices, and ensures team alignment with company values.
- Closing Customer: Capable of finalizing jobs with customers, explaining services provided, verifying satisfaction, and collecting payment when the Captain is unavailable.
- Laborer: Actively participates in lifting, loading, and organizing junk materials, demonstrating efficiency and care in handling all items.
- Driver: Assists with vehicle operation and logistics, ensuring safe driving practices and responsible use of the company truck.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
