We are seeking an experienced General Manager with a background in steakhouse management to join our team with the potential to advance to Director of Operations. This role requires in-depth experience in steakhouse operations, with added value for candidates who bring bar management expertise and a strong understanding of buffet-style service.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing a steakhouse or similar upscale dining establishment.
- Knowledge of bar operations and menu development is a plus.
- Strong background in buffet management, including setup, flow, and customer service.
