Job Summary :
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Financial Project / Business Analyst to drive the expansion and enhancement of a proprietary Wholesale Operations tool . This role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills , as the candidate will serve as both the Project Lead and sole Analyst . The tool functions as a checklist system for supervisory validations and evidence repository management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and drive project execution for the internal Wholesale Operations application .
- Build strong partnerships with technology and business units across lines of business (LOBs).
- Analyze complex business and technical needs, providing strategic solutions.
- Create and deliver executive-level presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint .
- Utilize Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Implement and oversee Agile methodology for project development.
- Ensure smooth communication with senior leadership and key stakeholders .
