Key Responsibilities

- Marketplace Logistics : Leverage your comprehensive understanding of domestic and cross-border logistics to optimize the entire order life cycle.
- Data-Driven Improvements : Utilize data and analytics to drive product decisions, particularly focusing on enhancing customer Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and seller satisfaction.
- Strategic Road Mapping : Lead the creation and prioritization of product road maps, balancing strategic vision with practical execution.
- Effective Communication : Partner with the communications team to craft compelling narratives that elevate both customer and seller experiences.
- Content & Writing : Embrace a strong writing culture by producing clear, impactful documentation and product guidelines.
