Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize enterprise dashboards and web applications to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Develop intuitive data visualizations that translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align UX strategies with business goals.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.
- Ensure designs adhere to industry best practices for B2B applications, avoiding consumer-focused design patterns.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in UX/Product Design with a focus on enterprise web applications.
- Strong expertise in data visualization and designing for highly complex, data-heavy environments.
- Proven experience in B2B product design enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or internal tools.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
- Ability to communicate design rationale and advocate for user-centered solutions.
Preferred:
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
